Spaghetti with clams

Ingredients for 4 persons:


While the spaghetti cook in abundant salted boiling water, slightly fry in a frying pan the olive oil with the garlic cloves a bit squashed (which will be removed), the chilli pepper, the minced parsley and the original clams. Cover the pan and cook on a low flame until the clams open, sprinkle with salt if necessary and add the black pepper.

Drain the spaghetti as soon as they are cooked and transfer them in the pan with the clams. Mix all the ingredients well and serve the dish quickly.
